I had walked past this place numerous times and finally decided to grab dinner with a friend. I was blown away how good the meal was. This is a high-end Mexican restaurant that deserves great accolades.

I had the lobster tacos, which were amazing. I’ve only had lobster tacos a handful or times, and these were the best. The guacamole was delicious also. The menu is packed with unique taco’s that I never know existed, such as beer Braised Tongue with Potatoes and Arbol Chile Salsa, and Hazelnut Fed Pork Loin with Braised Pine nuts.

I forgot to mention the very extensive Tequila bar, which has tons to choose from. Now you can choose from something other than Patron; or you just may want to try the $90 glass of Gran Patron Burdeos.

Just had brunch here today with a few friends and loved it. We shared the whole wheat pancakes, which were nice and fluffy and sweet. I had the burger which was amazing; it is mixed with short-rib-brisket and has maple bacon on top of cheddar cheese. The fries were crispy and also perfect. I am told it’s one of the best burgers in the city. I have to agree. The quality of the meat is phenomenal. I cant wait to have dinner here.

I’ve heard rave reviews about their meatballs and pork chop too.

I’ve been here numerous times and this place has a good vibe to it. It is a mellow bar/restaurant with very friendly bartenders and staff. They are very welcoming here. They have a great bar with delicious pork slap beer, which I always get. I ate dinner here once, and remember it being good, but don’t remember anything out of the ordinary. They grow their own vegetables on the roof of the building, which is really unique to NYC.

Open late on the weekends and a nice spot to stop in for a drink, or two.

117 Perry Street

I have been here a few times and it definately has its place. The setting is comfy and warm, and trendy. The food was pretty good and small sharing portions which I like. Very good date spot. The interior is designed very well and has a great European feel. Definately check this spot out.

I went for the first time last night with 3 of my friends. We are all foodies and are very tough critics. We were all VERY impressed. A very quality restaurant. Best pasta I’ve had in the West Village. Very friendly and competant staff. I cant wait to go back.

Among the best octopus and brussel sprouts I’ve had.
